We take great interest in listening to and understanding our clients businesses and their objectives; after all, to understand is to appreciate.
Once we have established a firm outline of your business and its background, we will analyse the project brief and identify and prioritise all the objectives and requirements to be realised.
We will then progress to an assessment of format, constraints and opportunities available for the briefs particular media framework. For example if creating an advertisement for print, what size, resolution, colour system, type of paper, what type of publication, target audience, whereabouts the ad will appear in the publication and what type of file will the publications pre-press require would all (along with many other issues) be addressed.
Once these two stages have been completed, branding and design guidelines will be considered and at this stage initial outline drafts will be created showing brand logo placement, colour swatches etc.
Creative design can then begin, with many different approaches and ideas explored. Many options can be developed side by side and at this point we show our clients our progress and ask for initial feedback.
Work will then continue and the strongest ideas and direction will be focused on and developed further. Additional reviews and development will take place as required until finished artwork is ready to be signed off.
At all stages of development we like to keep our clients in the loop as much as possible, and our process is adaptable dependent on the project undertaken, Web sites, E-commerce, Intranets etc need testing with users and technology alike and usually this type of work can be developed in a password protected online location, empowering our clients to review as they choose.
Mark is in charge of the day-to-day creative development for all of Clever Thinking Media’s clients. With over 17 years experience as an on and off-line creative, Mark moved into digital design after honing his design skills within the clothing industry where he designed and produced ranges for the equestrian market. With an impeccable skill set in print and web design, and with knowledge and understanding that has been gained from previously being both client and creative in a variety of different industries, Mark’s experience gives Clever Thinking Media a unique advantage in fulfilling our clients needs and for ensuring that impeccable standards of conception, design, writing and implementation continue at the highest level. Mark is also a Tottenham Hotspur fanatic – but don’t hold that against him..
